At JunaBlu, we ensure that each product we carry embodies one or more of our core values. We believe that when you take care of yourself, you are better equipped to show up in the world as your authentic, best self. We want to help by supplying the self-care tools that make a difference in the world while you take care of yourself. 

Environmentally Friendly - Many of the vendors who provide products on our site include sustainability as a part of their mission statements. They might donate to environmentally friendly charities, use recyclable or compostable packaging, create with eco-friendly ingredients and have sustainably sourced or biodegradable products. Even if a company does not have this value tag, that does not mean it does not have any eco-friendly practices. This just means it is not at the forefront of its business and we believe other values better represent the brand. As we grow, we will continue to find ways to better offset our own carbon footprint.

Women-owned - This business is women-owned. Let’s lift one another up! 

Socially Conscious - This value symbol means that this brand donates a portion of its profits to charities and/or has fair trade and ethical production practices. 

Handmade - Businesses with this tag make their products by hand. Some of our products come from artisans who craft handmade goods. This might also mean products are made to order or in small batches.

BIPOC-owned & POC-owned - Businesses whose owners/founders/creators are Black, indigenous or people of color. We are committed to finding more BIPOC and POC-owned businesses with products to help support your self-care practices.

Clean Ingredients - Skincare vendors that feature this value make their products with clean ingredients, providing healthier alternatives to mainstream products that often feature toxic chemicals. Some of our skincare vendors also use only purely plant-based ingredients. For food products, this might also mean that the product is organic or vegan. Read more about that specific vendor to find out how this value relates specifically to each product, or email us at hello@junablu.com with any specific questions. 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@junablu.com and we will take care of you! Please include photos of your item and a description of the damage.

Once your order is placed, you should receive an email with your tracking info immediately or within three (3) days of purchase. Please keep in mind that we carry products created by small businesses and artisans, with some made-to-order products. They might take a day longer to get your tracking info to you. If you did not receive a tracking number, please email us at hello@junablu.com and we will sort it out right away.

Because we sell products from small businesses in the United States, we are still working on implementing international shipping for all of our brands. We do offer shipping to Canada for select brands (Baudelaire, MCreativeJ, Beverly and 3rd.) You will be able to add this items to your cart if you are shipping to Canada. If there is another specific item you would like to be shipped internationally, please email us at hello@junablu.com and we will let you know if our vendor can accommodate this.

Right now, we are focusing on standard 2-8 day shipping. If you need expedited shipping, email us at hello@junablu.com and we will see if our vendor can accommodate that.
